Refund & Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at: centraldesk@serdaco.com
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase. Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
Exceptions — No Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or made-to-order products (e.g. assembled PCBs, products built to your specification)
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons
- Digital content (e.g. soundbanks, firmware) once download or use has begun, provided you gave prior consent
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
